Why a Trello was never the 1.0 workflow

NMRIH 2’s public communication after Early Access has been dated blog posts with explicit “under investigation” vs “shipping next week” language. That is slower than a board with a hundred green labels, and it is harder to fake. A Trello you found on Google in 2026 is almost certainly unofficial — community-run at best, credential theft at worst.

Chivalry 2’s old Trello is not a template you can assume for this title. Different game, different live-ops, different year.
